The car’s foundation is an OEM 1969 Camaro body with the original VIN# and after-market exterior panels wherever needed. |

The Super Camaro handles superbly on the racetrack, autocross course, and the street, because the body is fastened to a complete new full frame using 2x3 mandrel bent frame rails. Chassis stiffening and passenger safety are both addressed with a twelve point, unobtrusive, roll cage that allows convenient driver and passenger access. The car’s excellent handling is due to a Dominator Independent Front Suspension and a Dominator fabricated Watts link in the rear. Active suspension, coil-over shocks, known for superior handling and ride are employed exclusively. |
Rather than a conventional fuel tank, a bladder tank with in-tank pump and safety cut off switch is installed. Power is provided by a Corvette LS 7, dry sump, engine making more than 500 rear wheel horsepower. Engine cooling is handled by an aluminum two pass radiator. Power transmission comes from a six speed transmission, a quick change rear end with 31 splined axles, and a positive traction center section. The car is stopped by extreme duty 14” rotor 6-piston disc brakes in front and 13” 4-piston brakes in the rear. |

The Super Camaro has a complete steel floor, firewall, and custom aluminum panels in the engine compartment. The body is channeled 2” over the frame and built 1 ½ wider than stock to incorporate the massive wheels and tires. The exhaust uses Dominator fabricated stainless steel headers and mandrel bent stainless steel tubing with stainless steel mufflers. |
Inside, the Camaro has all leather, stock appearing, interior with racing type seats for driver and passenger stability during cornering. The car will be air conditioned with power steering and brakes for driver and passenger comfort. |

In addition to a twelve point roll cage, occupant safety is handled by a fire system, a 5-point safety harness and an S.C.C.A approved roll over device.
The Super Camaro is finished with DuPont Cromax paint. Eighteen and nineteen inch custom made aluminum wheels are employed in the front and rear respectively and the car rides on 275:35 ZR 18 and 345:30 ZR 19 tires. |
Super Camaro buyers receive three days of track instruction from a professional instructor prior to final assembly and painting to allow for familiarity and thorough performance and reliability testing. After testing, the cars are disassembled and painted with reassembly at no charge to customers. |
